2753977 - Dunning Address Determination in Dunning Letters

This KBA will explain what drives the determination of dunning address in dunning letters generated out of dunning runs.

The dunning address is determined by the Dun-To field selected as Yes (Standard) in the customer master data.

The address can be checked by following the steps below:

1. Go to the Business Partner Data or Account Management work center.
2. Go to the Accounts view.
3. Search for the respective Account ID for which the Dunning Letter has been created.
4. Click Edit > Addresses.
5. Find the Address maintained with Dun-To set as Yes. This address will be the one used by the system in the Dunning Letter PDF document.
