Symptom

  • After setting the 'Shared Directory for Agent Group' parameter in Data Provisioning Agent (dpagent), replication tasks start failing.
  • The replication task works without 'Shared Directory for Agent Group'.
  • InternalError: dberror($.hdb.Connection.executeProcedure): 256 - SQL error, server error code: 256.
  • sql processing error: "*"."*.START_REPLICATION": line # col # (at pos #): [256] (range 3) sql processing error exception: sql processing error: QUEUE: *: Failed to add subscription for remote subscription *[id = #] in remote source *[id = #].
  • Error: exception 151050: CDC add subscription failed: Failed to add the first subscription.
  • Error: Failed to create LogReader instance. Error: null
