SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

The template file for Extended User Information Import includes all mandatory headers based on the Data Model configuration.

Follow the below steps to download the template:

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Import Extended User Information
3. In Specify the Type of Information You Want to Import select one of the three types ("Personal information", "Trend Information", or "Background Information")
4. Specify any additional File Options by your preference
5. Click Download Data Import File Template button
