Symptom

Within SuccessFactors, the language of the pop-up window button does not match the language configured in SuccessFactors

Cause

The language in the pop-up windows is determined by the language configured in the Operating System i.e. MS Windows, MacOS

Resolution

  • In order to correct the language of pop-up window buttons configure the language of the Operating System.
  • The windows will match the language configured via the language settings in the OS.
