As per our observation with reference to the ENIQ logs, the degrade seemed to be with the creation of tables (not specific to wide tables.
All tables seem to be exhibiting an almost same level of degrade).
The degrade is cumulative rather than a per table degrade . However, there wasn't enough evidence to point out to as to where exactly in the creation of tables the degrade was being observed. Thus, in order to narrow down our analysis a bit further we tried to get the timings ourselves by simply doing an ENIQ installation
with all the features on one of our design servers with the request level logging enabled.
