2754377 - SAP Jam: Users receive email notification for Forum topic

SAP Jam user has set email notifications to None. They continue to receive notifications for Forum topics.

This is expected behaviour of the Forum subscription feature. The user will receive the notifications if they have the "Forums" checkbox enabled under their email settings. With that option enabled, they will receive emails for updates to any forum topic or forum item they are subscribed to.

If the user wishes to prevent further emails they can either disable Forum notifications under their email settings, or they can unsubscribe from any unwanted forum topics:
