2754392 - Product Does Not Appear in Product List Proposed Products Tab

You are trying to insert an active product in the Proposed Products tab of a Product List but you are not able to find it using the value help.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Products work center.
2. Go to the Product List view.
3. Open the Product List ABC (where ABC stands as the Product List ID).
4. Open the Proposed Products tab.
5. Click in the Add button.
6. Search for the Product DEF (where DEF stands as the Product ID). 

You are not able to find DEF. You might face the error message "Please enter a valid product" if you press the Enter button in your keyboard.

The Product DEF only has Sales Organization information with status as "In Preparation".  The product is currently not usable and therefore excluded from the value help in product lists.

You can activate the sales organization information inside the Product DEF.

1. Go to the Products work center.
2. Open the Product Administration view.
3. Open the Product DEF.
4. Select the Sales tab.
5. Select the line GHI (where GHI is a line that shows Sales Organization information with status "In Preparation").
6. Click in the cogwheel icon.
7. Select the Activate option.

Alternatively, you can delete the Sales Organization information from the Product DEF. To do that, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Products work center.
2. Open the Product Administration view.
3. Open the Product DEF.
4. Select the Sales tab.
5. Click in the trash bin icon.
