2754467 - Extractor DPC PUSH CORE not running- Agent is not active - Solution Manager 7.2

• System monitoring does not have metrics from Enterprise Manager.
• In Alerting Framework, the extractor DPC PUSH CORE for the Extended Context "IS_*" is active but not running.
• In MAI_TOOLS, the following message is shown: "Agent is not active".
• SapDpcPush.log shows the following message: "Agent  IS_* not registered."

• Enterprise Manager 10.x installed in a host with Agents on-the-fly deployed
