2754620 - User not appearing on Manage Pending Hires - ReadyToHire flag not changing to yes

Pre-day 1 candidates are missing from Manage Pending Hires as the OCI ReadyToHire flag was not updated to YES. When tried to change this manually, the record saves but no actual change happens and the value reverts to NO.

The caused is that the Gender field is null.

System will not allow you to hire a user with gender field as null.

You need to check on the UDF (User Data File) if the users impacted have no information on the Gender column.

It's needed to enter a valid value to that field, which is either 'M' or 'F'. So you need to update the file with the gender information as workaround and re-import it.

Engineering team is working to have it solved on release 1905 by allowing to hire the users without the gender information.
