2754651 - New window from Enterprise Portal closed causes blank screen in Google Chrome 80

Symptom

  • When launching an application in a separate window and closing this window terminates the session in the previous window
  • Blank page/screen is shown after closing new window in the previous one
  • Backend sessions are not terminated
  • This happens on Chrome version 80 and higher
