SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
- After reconfiguring Central Management Server (CMS) database connection from Oracle 11g to Oracle 12c, CMS fails to start.
- Viewing Central Configuration Manager (CCM) > Server Intelligence Agent (SIA) > Properties > Configuration tab will show the following error:
Note: Reason can be other unreadable characters. - Switching CMS back to Oracle 11g works fine.
