2754950 - Delete Leads

Action field in Leads does not have option to delete lead.

SAP Sales For Customer

1. Go to the Sales Work Center.
2. Go to the Leads Work Center View.
3. List of all Leads exiting in the system is displayed.
4. Search for the Lead XXX, where XXX represent the Lead ID.
5. Open lead XXX.
6. Click on Actions.
7. Option to delete lead does not exist in Actions.

Option to delete lead is not available in Actions within Lead.

Leads can be deleted within Cloud from customer from Screen showing List of Lead using the Option "Initiate Deletion".

Leads can be deleted from cloud for customer by executing steps mentioed below. Also please use the Lead OWL "Initiate Deletion", as with that, the related In-Preparation Business Partner(s) will also be deleted.

1. Go to Sales Work Center.
2. Go To Leads Work Center View.
3. List of all Leads exiting in the system is displayed.
4. Select the row with Lead XXX, where XXX represent the Lead ID.
5. Click on "More".
6. Select the option " Initiate Deletion".
7. Pop up shows "Do you want to delete the selected record?".
8. Select "Yes". 
9. Lead XXX is deleted.

Please note:

1. Leads with status "Open" can be deleted.
2. Option "initiate deletion" would be greyed out for leads that are converted to succeeding transactions like opportunity.
