2755178 - Unable to Feature In a Business Record over a Jam Group

• User is facing an error "Failed to share business record to group" when they try to Feature In a Business Record/Item over a Jam Group.
• User is facing an error "You do not have permission to feature business records to this group" when they try to Feature In a Business Record/Item over a Jam Group.

 SAP Jam Collaboration

1. User goes to Learning inside Jam
2. Find a Business record (Learning Course or Item)
3. Hover the item and click on "Feature In"
4. Search for a group and click OK
5. Error "Failed to share business record to group" or "You do not have permission to feature business records to this group" shows up.

If you attempt to feature a business record to a group in which you do not have permission to do so (i.e. the group is set to Limited participation), then the error message shows up.

Please make sure that you are trying to Feature In a Business Record/Item to a group that you are a Group Admin or that participation level is Full.
