2755217 - Incomplete Items Pod - Individual Items Do Not Add Up To Section Total

When reviewing the Incomplete Items pod, individual section items do not add up to the section total.

5. Set up a performance form template with required fields i.e. item ratings in an objective or competency section, and the section comment for the objective section.
6. Enable the Incomplete Items pod in General Settings:
   
   
   
   
7. Launch the form
8. Click on the Incomplete Items pod and see there are 4 Items that need to be acted on, but the number for the whole Section is 1.
   
   

This is expected system behavior.

• The number of incomplete items shown for the section shows the number of required section comments and section weights.
• Goal Items or Competency Items are shown separately underneath their respective Section Names.
