2755267 - Stuck queue in EWM with error /SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION005 or /SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION006

Symptom

A delivery is created in the ERP system, but its replication fails in the EWM system. A hanging queue can be seen in the EWM inbound queue (SMQ2) or the ERP outbound queue (SMQ1), the queue is stuck with the error "No item type found for delivery item category &1, system &2" , message no. is /SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION005 or /SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION006.
