2755305 - Fiori App Reset Cleared Items - 'The requested data was not found'

In fiori app Reset Cleared Items, when you click on the clearing entries, it will jump to an error page which shows 'The requested data was not found.' In browser console you can see a message said 'No display authorization for blocked business partners', even the UserAccount has SAP_ALL profile.
