You find apps Enter Accrual/Deferral Journal Entry or Reverse Accrual/Deferral Journal Entry no longer existing in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system.
Environment
As of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 1802.
Reproducing the Issue
The two mentioned apps are no longer available.
Cause
The apps are not supported since SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 1802, and have been finally deleted in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 1808.
Resolution
In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 1802 a new journal entry type AD was delivered, this journal entry type can be used to create accrual postings in app Post General Journal Entries and Upload General Journal Entries. To reverse, you can use mass reverse function in the Manage Journal Entries apps by searching for AD entries and reversing all relevant accrual postings.
