2756274 - Custom Code Objects List in the SM_WORKCENTER the functions "Maintain Attribute, Assign to Owner, Assign to Contract" are not executable in SAP Solution Manager 7.2

Symptom

In the SM_WORKCENTER of Custome Code Management & accessing the Custom Code Library, the Custom Code Object List , Maintian Attribute, Assign to owner, Assign to contract are not executable.
