2756375 - Import multiple Schedule Blocks

To bulk import Schedule Block references

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions

To import the schedule blocks on LMS:

1. Navigate to System Admin > Tools > Import Data > Choose Record Type as ‘References’ and Action as ‘Download Template’.
2. Click Submit.

This will download the Excel file that contains references that you can import to the environment, such as the Schedule Blocks (choose this tab on excel file).

After populating the schedule blocks:

1. Navigate to System Admin > Tools > Import Data and choose Action as Import data and Record Type as References.
2. Then you can upload your modified excel file with the scheduled blocks to import to the LMS.
