Symptom
- You are running the SAP Contact Center Online Monitoring and found answers in the Default Callback sccript such as:
- 01 - Successful (the callback request is reported as handled)
- 02 - Busy (redial occurs according to the callback settings)
- 03 - No answer (redial occurs according to the callback settings)
- 04 - Voicemail (redial occurs according to the callback settings)
- 99 - Other reason (redial occurs according to the callback settings)...
- There are also other results such as:
- NO_ANSWER
- SUCCESSFUL
- VOICEMAIL...
