- When customers integrated with PayPal (PayFlowPro) users are receiving the following error when trying to pay for course registration:
- Credit Card Authorization Failed
Error Code: 23
Error Message: Invalid account number - Additionally testcard # provided by paypal succeed
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)
Cause
As long as it is verified that test card payments succeed then the issue is the backend Operations setting which is set at DB pool level not tenant level may have been changed:
BootstrapPaymentGatewayConfiguration.properties is set to pilot-payflowpro.paypal.com
Resolution
Customer success case to be opened to have Operations/DB team to update the BootstrapPaymentGatewayConfiguration.properties to use payflowpro.paypal.com instead of pilot-payflowpro.paypal.com
