2756908 - Error: "Can't find info object with cuid: AVdHJc0LnWdJvVPozhNE.Ak" when trying to save a BI variant in webi or save button doesn't appear in Prompts panel

Symptom

  • Error: "Can't find info object with cuid: AVdHJc0LnWdJvVPozhNE.Ak (Error: INF)" when trying to save a BI variant in Web Intelligence report
  • Running the following query in Query Builder (Admin Tools), returns no data

SELECT SI_ID FROM CI_SYSTEMOBJECTS WHERE SI_NAME ='BusinessObjects_BIVariant_Folder_dfo.xml'

  • On 4.3, the save button doesn't appear in the top left of the prompts panel, in a network trace the following HTTP 500 is seen:
    https://<HOST>/biprws/raylight/v1/documents/12330/occurrences/0/variants?c=1671270429939

    With error message:

    "error_code": "WSR 00999",
