2757177 - Under different '-ch' setting on MPX servers, IQ16.1 appeared a server down ,but no crash in IQ16.0 -- SAP IQ

Symptom

Feature update testing on 16.1 SP02.08 caused one of the two readers in the MPX to go down "st_server.cxx:2090",
while trying to allocate memory. Same test ran fine in previous IQ 16.0 testing.
