2757206 - Archived sales documents are not visible with error V1302 due to NOT_IN_INFOSTRUCTURE exception

Symptom

  • Trying to display an archived sales order in VA03, system displays the message "SD document xxxx is not in the database or has been archived" Message no. V1302.
  • Trying to display an archived sales order in SARI, system displays the message "SD document xxxx is not in the database or has been archived" Message no. V1302.
  • Trying to display an archived sales order from FM ASH_SD_VBAK_READ, exception NOT_IN_INFOSTRUCTURE is raised.
