2757577 - Duration of Scheudled Offering is not as what is configured within Item

Symptom

The duration of a Scheduled Offering is not what is configured within an Item.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions

Reproducing the Issue

The length configured within the Item is 8 hours

The length of the Scheduled Offering is, in this case, 7 hrs 27mins

Cause

Within the Item, the Segments section has been populated. Within here the length of the Item's segment is defaulted to 7.45 thus overriding the length specified in the Item itself.

Resolution

You can leave the values as they are or update the value in the Segments tab to reflect what is populated in the Item itself.
