2757689 - BAPI_PO_CREATE1 does not update Header Text or Unloading Point

Symptom

When you attempt to create a Stock Transfer Order (STO) using the BAPI function BAPI_PO_CREATE1, you notice that the following fields are not being filled in the Purchase Order that is created (PO):

Header Text
Unloading Point

This may occur after installing Note 2560141 - " ME21N : Intracompany STO created with vendor details filled".

Environment

This KBA is valid up to such system versions in which the below mentioned resolution Note is not yet implemented.
