2757765 - Is it changeable of the generated file & directory's permission mode -- SAP IQ

IQ server creates directories and files as mostly 777('rwx') permission mode and 644('rw-r--r--') or 600('rw-------') mode of only some files.
Following is default mode in '/tmp/.SQLAnywhere' directory,
