2757765 - Generated file & directory permission mode -- SAP IQ

Symptom

IQ server creates directory and files with fixed permission format.  Most of directory and files have 777( rwx) permission mode and some restricted files have permission as 644 or 600.  Following is default mode of '/tmp/.SQLAnywhere' ,

/tmp/.SQLAnywhere> ls -al
