Symptom

  • Report PRECHECK_UPGRADATION_REPORT returns 'Customizing Error' & 'Data Error' though it is in Green status
  • Precheck report always shows 'Customizing Error' and 'Data Error' in the Error Type column
  • Incorrect values in the Error Type column which is static irrespective of the result
