2758095 - Select doesn't return data from partition on extended storage - SAP Dynamic Tiering

Symptom

  • Use Data Lifecycle Manegement to create a rule to define a storage destination table to Dynamic Tiering.

In the following example, rows having I_COL column = 6 are stored in Dynamic Tiering.

  • When exececuting: select * from "SAPIBH"."/BIC/TEST", the rows located in the Dynamic Extended Storage for the I_COL column with values = 6 are not in the result set.
