2758158 - Sales Order Is Displayed Under Two Different Accounts

You have a Sales Order that was created for the account ABC, but this order has been displayed under the Sales Order facet of the account DEF also (ABC and DEF represents the Accounts ID's).

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Customers work center.
2. Go to the Accounts view.
3. Open the account DEF.
4. Go to the Sales Orders facet.
5. The sales order created for the account ABC has been displayed for this account also, and you're expecting that this sales order should be displayed only under the Sales Order facet of the account ABC.

This sales order will come under two different accounts because the accounts are assigned to the sales orders as different involved parties.

If you go to Involved Parties facet of the sales order, you will see that there is one "Ship to" party which is assigned to account ABC and one is "Bill to" party which is assigned to account DEF.

This is the standard behavior of the system.

This sales order will be displayed under account ABC along with the other account.
