2758245 - Fiori Client hangs when restarting application - FC/KAP

Symptom

After initially starting and using Fiori Client, application hangs when restarting it.   In the logs there are messages about javascript files failing to load with paths like file:///android_asset/.../something.js.  The problem occurs about 1/3 of the time.
