2759059 - IDN activation fails - Batch data CIF is late

Symptom

An Inbound Delivery Notification (IDN) is received in SAP Extended Warehouse Management. The source Inbound Delivery was created in ERP with a new Batch. The replication of the Batch data in EWM is controlled by the CIF, but this is being late, hence the IDN activation fails and the status remains "Inactive". Manual activation after the Batch is replicated to EWM still works.
