2760277 - Calibration - Unable to Finalize a Session

Calibration Sessions that cannot be finalized.

This could happen if a performance form has skipped a step due to an invalid user in the route map.

Or this could be as the Session Facilitator has been made inactive in the system.

Or If a manager change occurs while the calibration session is in progress, the session cannot be finalized and an error is generated, as shown in the attached screenshot.
