2760407 - New Hire Activities are Missing for a New Hire - Onboarding 1.0

• The home page has tasks past due for a new hire; however the New Hire Activity is not displaying
• Notification for New Hire Activities has been sent; but new hire activity for the new hire is not showing
• New Hire Activity tab is not displaying in the Onboarding instance

• OnboardingProcess is not created for the candidate

OnbordingProcess object creation rule: If OnboardingCandidateInfo creation is less than two weeks (<14days), OnboardingProcess object will be created. Hence, if a new hire is pushed to the system retroactively even if the hire date has already passed, the candidateinfo will be created as well as the OnboardingProcess resulting in NewHireActivities (if configured) as well in PaperWork tile.

For example:

If today's date is 1/31/2019 and the OCI creation = 1/26/2019 (less than 14 days), OnboardingProcess will be created. In conjunction, CompletePaperWork tile for the candidate and Manager Activites will appear in their respoective home page..
