2760416 - Status e-mails not sending to Job Req Operators when using Employee Referral - Recruiting Management

Status trigger mails configured in Forwarded Status for Job Req Operator is not triggering when using Employee Referral

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to Careers> select any job > Refer Friend to Job
2. Once candidate is referred, candidate lands to Forwarded Status
3. There is a status mail configured for Operator in Forwarded Status.
4. System is not triggering e-mail to Recruiter when candidate reaches to Forwarded status.

Working as designed; operator status emails are not sent for Employee Referral candidates in Forwarded status.
