2760497 - AXIS application does not start after system restart with org.apache.commons.logging.LogConfigurationException

Symptom

After restarting your PI/PO system, the AXIS channels are with error and the application 'sap.com/com.sap.aii.adapter.axis' is not started.

When checking the default traces, you can see a similar entry:
