2760591 - How to Report on Main Account Checkbox in Contact Master Data

You would like to report on the Main Account checkbox in the contact master data, however this field is not available in any data source. You would like to know if there is any way to create reports that include this field.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the work center Customers, view Contacts.
2. Open a contact.
3. Go to the tab Relationships.
4. At the bottom of this screen, there is a checkbox called Main Account. You would like to report on it.

The data source Business Partner Relationship (CODBPRELATIONSHIP) contains the field Reverse Default Indicator which can be used for this purpose. It is labeled more generically since this data source contains relationships of all kinds, not only contact person relationships.

So when building a report based on that data source, a restriction can be set to return only contact persons. To do so, set a selection on the field Relationship Name = BUR001 (Contact Person Rel.ship).
