2761130 - How to increase the number of max hits when searching standard responses in IC E-mail.

Symptom

By standard, the MAX_HITS when search standard responses of IC Email in view CRMCMP_EMAIL/MailAdvSearchView is defaulted to 100. When more than 100 results found, you will see following message "More than 100 results found. Refine search criteria or change settings". This KBA will introduce how to increase the value of MAX_HITS.
