2761350 - When I edit a blog or event the author is not updated

When a group administrator changes an Event or Blog, the original author remains the name of the last editor

This is working as designed as these content types are editable by the author, group administrators, and in the case of Blogs the designated authors. The original author will be displayed as the creator and the updater of the objec
