When creating a report on the number of resumes in the instance, there are zero values returning

Resolution
'Resume Submission' refers to an Agency submitting a new resume when they refer an existing candidate to a new job requisition. It will not pull any values for non-agency candidates who manually added a resume themselves during the application process.
It is an expected behaviour that the report will come back blank for non-agency candidates.
