Symptom

TextArea fields in candidate application display has changed.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Resolution

In 2H 2022, the textarea field characteristics had some changes:

  • In edit mode, the text box became smaller, and it can be resized keeping the formatting since there is a scroll bar.

  • In read mode, formatting is removed, and all characters are displayed.
