2761757 - Assertion failed for Custom External Module in Ask HR

 Customer unable to access the Custom External Module in AskHR.

When user tries to search for Custom External Module the system returns the error Assertion failed: [SFIFrame] Component requires url parameter to be a string.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) - All Versions
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Service Center

 Client does not have the business user properly configured to call oData API's in work centers.

To correct this the client needs to have work centers configured for the Business user to call oData API's for this please refer to Enabling Ask HR application on SAP Cloud Platform
