2762497 - XSA fails to start - Cannot get data source jdbc/DataSourceHanaOidcDB - Name is not bound in this Context

Symptom

XSA is not starting after an upgrade, because no datasource can be found.

You can see error in xsuaaserverlog:

"Cannot get data source jdbc/DataSourceHanaOidcDB

javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: Name [DataSourceHanaOidcDB] is not bound in this Context. Unable to find [DataSourceHanaOidcDB]."

In the xsoidc.log:

"SEVERE [https-xxx] com.sap.xs2.oidc.config.RestAPIController.checkAuthorization Cannot get data source jdbc/DataSourceHanaOidcDB

 javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: Name [DataSourceHanaOidcDB] is not bound in this Context. Unable to find [DataSourceHanaOidcDB]."
