2762574 - When You Try And Open The Territory Details The Error Message Service Cannot Be Reached is Triggered


When you try and open the Territories TI, you receive the error message ''Service cannot be reached''.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Administrator work center.
  2. Go to the Sales and Campaigns tab.
  3. Select Territories.
  4. Select any Territory ID to open the details.
  5. A new tab opens with the message :

Service cannot be reached

The termination occurred in system with error code 404 and for the reason Not found

HTTP 404 - Not found


The user is not assigned to the Territories view in either Sales or Service work center.


  1. Go to the Administrator work center.
  2. Go to the Business Users.
  3. Search and Open the Business User ID.
  4. Select Edit---->Access Rights.
  5. Go to the Work Center and View Assignment.
  6. Expand the Sales work center.
  7. Select the Territories view.
  8. Save the changes.
