2762675 - Connection via SAP Cloud Connector (SCC) does not work - "Permission denied: no further information: <IPaddress>:8080"

Connection between an on-premise system and SAP WebIDE on SAP Business Technology Platform is not working via SAP Cloud Connector (SCC). In SAP Cloud Connector log file (ljs_trace.log) the following entries are logged with DEBUG and ERROR severity levels:
