2762844 - WEBGUI: ERROR: Service is deactivated (termination: ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE)

Symptom

The WEBGUI service cannot be accessed. The web browser shows a message:

KBA 2755871 does not bring additional information for this error.

The SICF settings are ok: the WEBGUI service is activated, there is no change in standard parameters/values (default configuration).
