iOS and Android users will now have the ability to submit benefit claims from the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile app.

How to enable?

Search Enable Mobile Features in Action Search--->Expand Modules--->Enable the Benefits check box.

Note that the Mobile APP UI for Benefit Claim is hardcoded and cannot be customized. It will not follow the UI selected in the WEB version. The only way of seeing the Customized UI from the web version in the Mobile is if you log into the browser, not the app.

Please Note: Below steps are not supported on the mobile application and we get error <Currently benefits management is not supported by this mobile application>:

1. Open Successfactors Mobile application
2. Profile -> Benefits -> My Active Enrollments > Click on 'Go To Benefits'
3. A popup shows as 'Currently benefits management is not supported by this mobile application'
   
   To navigate the same, browser on mobile could be used to login to SF and action accordingly.
