2763005 - E-Verify Resolve Case button is grayed out, Not able to close E-Verify as incorrect data - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

Customer trying to close E-Verify case for the candidate as incorrect data, but not able to close as Resolve Case button is greyed out

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Click on E-Verify activity
  2. Try to resolve case
  3. Resolve button is greyed out

Resolution

This can be solved by clicking the View at Glance from the E-Verify activity

  1.  Go to the E-Verify activity and click View at Glance (screen shot from the demo instance as below)

  2. Page opens - Click resolve case > VE-erify Page opens with submit resolve button
  3. Select the reason and submit resolve case (screen shot from the demo instance as below)
