2763038 - Employee Central - Payment Information: Check Tool

What are the available Check Tools in Payment Information and how do we leverage them?

Curently we have the following checks available for Payment Information in Check Tool:

1. Layout property of Payment Information equals form layout.
   This check validates the PaymentInformationV3 UI that is configured in People Profile for Payment Information and in Manage Data > Personal Information Screen Lookup > Payment Information, is of Form Layout. Grid and Flow layout are not supported. 
   
   
2. Required fields are visible and some are not conditional.
   This check validates visibility and condition association of the fields ‘Worker', 'EffectLve Start Date’ and ‘Job Country’ of the object ‘PaymentInformationV3’ and the fields ‘payType’ and ‘payment method’ of the object ‘PaymentInformationDetailV3'.
   The check is considered successful if none of the fields mentioned above have condition associations set on them and visibilities of the fields are set to either ‘Editable’ or ‘Read Only’.
   
   
3. Screen lookup exists. 
   It verifies that a Payment Information UI is associated in Manage Data > Personal Information Screen Lookup > Payment Information.
   
   
4. Pending Data setting in the object definition is correct.
   If a workflow is associated to the Payment Information Object Definition, this check verifies that 'Pending Data' field of the object is set to 'Yes'.
   
   
5. Payment UI-rules that set field values.
   This check shows if there is any UI rule defined for any UI with base object Payment Information to set values in fields of the portlet. The UI rules should be used for attributes 'Visibility', 'Required' and 'Enabled'. UI rules for Payment Information should never be used for setting values.

Please note the check are run on all UIs that are configured in the instance for Payment Information (i.e. Base Object is PaymentInformationV3).
