SWPM fails during uninstall of an SAP system

An error occurred while processing option Generic Options > IBM Db2 for i > Uninstall > Uninstall - SAP Systems or Single Instances
(Last error reported by the step: 
Command "DLTR3SYS SID(<SID>) JAVAONLY(*NO) DLTINST(*NO) DLTHOME(*YES) DLTGLB(*NO)" failed with the following error code: 65024. 
Check joblogs for additional information and use command WRKOBJLCK to find out possible locked objects. Click OK to retry or cancel to exit)
